Contact and order enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, email address, subject, and message so our team can respond. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, or sensitive personal information. An order enquiry is not a completed purchase; prices and arrangements are confirmed by our team.

Newsletter signups

With your agreement, we store your email address and signup date for GIHOC news. You can ask to unsubscribe by emailing info@gihocdistil.com. Our team can mark your subscription inactive and will exclude it from future mailing exports.

Browser preferences and security

The website uses browser storage to remember age verification. Temporary session cookies protect forms and editor sign-in. Short-lived request counters help prevent automated abuse. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

Contact-form spam protection

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated submissions. When the security check loads, Google receives browser and connection information and may set a security cookie. Our server sends the verification token to Google before accepting your enquiry. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. If you cannot use the check, email info@gihocdistil.com.

Third-party content

Some pages load fonts, icons, videos, maps, or chat services from external providers. Those providers receive connection information when their content loads and handle it under their own privacy notices. Opening an external link takes you to that provider's website.

To ask about information you have submitted, request correction or deletion, or stop newsletter updates, contact info@gihocdistil.com. We use enquiry details to handle your request and restrict access to the website's authorised editors.
