Mr. Henry Annor Boakye-Yiadom is a seasoned executive and governance leader with over 20 years of experience in executive management, strategic planning, and institutional oversight. With a background rooted in agriculture and corporate leadership, he brings a unique blend of operational insight and board-level strategy to his role as Chairman of the Governing Board of GIHOC Distilleries.
A pragmatic leader with an eye for results, he has led organizations through transformation and growth, demonstrating a deep commitment to good governance, innovation, and accountability. Mr. Boakye-Yiadom is the Chief Executive Officer of Del Ronna Company Ltd., where he has successfully overseen infrastructural projects across the country. His role in the private sector continues to inform his practical approach to leadership and development.
He has served on several Boards, including as former Chairman of the Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (COTVET), Suhum Rural Bank Ltd., Auto Checks Ltd. and Drakens Farms Ltd.
In these capacities, he has championed institutional reforms, capacity development, and strategic execution. His governance style is marked by inclusive decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and strong risk management practices.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and has extensive experience in both agribusiness and public-private sector collaboration.
