Miss Quist is a Lawyer by profession. She was educated at Keta Business School and Keta Secondary School in the Volta Region. She proceeded to the premier University of Ghana, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Political Science/Sociology as well as Master of Philisophy (M. Phil) in Political Science in 2001 and 2005 respectively. Subsequently she read Law and was called to the Bar in 2007.
She has worked with Ejolisa Ghana Limited, Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) Office of Parliament and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Party in different capacities.
Presently, she is a State Attorney with the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General’s Department but currently on secondment as a Law Reporter at the Council for Law Reporting. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and a Board Member of the Stadium Disaster Board of Trustees.
